Semi-Automatic Auger Powder Filling Machine (30 L / 50 L / 80 L)
Our semi-automatic auger filler doses powder into jars, cans or bags while one operator places and removes the container. Three hopper sizes cover the range: 30 L for 1–1000 g at ≤±0.5% and 1–50 fills per minute, 50 L at ±0.5%, and 80 L for 1–20 kg. A screw conveyor keeps the hopper full and an optional dust collector captures airborne powder at the nozzle.

Which hopper size should I choose?
Choose by fill weight: 30 L for up to 1 kg, 50 L for most 100 g–5 kg jobs, 80 L for 5–20 kg bags.
Can it fill both jars and bags?
Yes. Swap the container holder for a bag clamp; the auger and controls stay the same.
