Flour Packaging Machines
Flour is packed by auger because it is fine and compressible. Retail bags of 500 g–2 kg run on our VFFS machines with servo auger (HY-420F, or 620/720 frames for bigger bags) at 5–60 bags per minute; 10–25 kg sacks run on the dual-speed auger bag filler with load-cell weighing; and a cobot palletizer stacks the sacks at the end of the line.

What to watch out for
Density changes
Flour settles in the hopper, so auger-only fills drift. A load cell (bag filler) or check weigher corrects this.
Dust
Clamp the bag mouth and extract dust at the filling spout; it is a hygiene and a safety issue.
