Stick Pack Machines
A stick pack machine is a small vertical form fill seal machine with a narrow forming tube that makes long, thin back-seal packs — the format used for instant coffee, sugar, electrolyte and supplement powders. Our 160F stick version doses 50–200 ml by auger (cups for granules on the 160A) into sticks 30–200 mm long at 30–70 packs per minute, and prints a date code on every stick.

| Sugar and salt sticks | 160A Granule Sachet | It doses 50–300 ml into 3-side, 4-side or back-seal bags 30–200 mm long and 50–150 mm wide at 5–50 bags per minute. |

| Sticks into display boxes or cartons | ZJ-1200 Delta Case Packer | It reaches 1200 mm, carries 5 kg rated (8 kg max), repeats to ±0.1 mm and is used for fast-moving food and meat products where speed and gentle handling matter. |
What to watch out for
What is a stick pack?
A narrow pack, typically 15–30 mm wide, sealed down the back and at both ends. It uses less film than a sachet of the same volume and tears open cleanly — which is why single-serve powders use it.
Single lane or multi-lane?
A single-lane machine like the 160F suits start-ups and brands up to roughly 70 sticks per minute. Multi-lane machines cut several sticks side by side for much higher output; tell us your daily target and we quote the right configuration.
Stick width and the former
Each stick width needs its own forming tube. Send us the width and length you want, or a stick you like, and we confirm the former before quoting.

What is the difference between a sachet and a stick pack machine?
Both are small VFFS machines. A stick pack machine uses a narrow former and back seal to make long thin sticks; a sachet machine usually makes wider 3-side or 4-side seal packs. Our 160 series can be built either way.
How accurate is stick filling?
For powders the auger doses by volume; accuracy depends on how consistent your powder is. We run your sample and send the weights from the test.
