Coffee Packaging Machines
Coffee is packed three ways: instant and 3-in-1 coffee in small sachets or stick packs (our 160F, 30–70 sachets/min), ground coffee and beans in stand-up or zipper pouches (our rotary premade pouch lines, up to 60 pouches/min), and instant coffee in jars or tins (our auger filling line, ≤±0.5% on 1–1000 g).

What to watch out for
Fine powder flies
Instant coffee is light and dusty. An auger filler with an agitator and a dust collector at the nozzle keeps it out of the seal area; a fine-powder seal is the most common cause of leaking sachets.
Beans need weighing, not volume
Whole beans vary in size and density, so a multihead weigher holds weight better than volumetric cups.
Freshness
Ask for nitrogen flushing if you need long shelf life. Degassing valves are applied to the pouch by the pouch supplier before filling; the machine handles valve pouches like normal pouches.

What is the fastest way to pack coffee sticks?
A single-lane stick machine like the 160F runs 30–70 packs per minute. For higher output, tell us your daily target and we will quote a multi-lane solution.
Can one machine do beans and ground coffee?
Only if it has two fillers. A rotary pouch machine can be supplied with both a multihead weigher (beans) and an auger (ground) on a shared platform, but most roasters choose one line per product.
