Warranty & service terms

Warranty scope

12 months machine warranty. The start date and the exclusions, such as wear parts, are written into your quotation. Warranty does not mean that every repair, freight, labour or part cost is free; we agree the details with you before you order.

Engineer visits & replacement parts

Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours — response time, not on-site arrival. Engineer visits are arranged on request, with travel and costs agreed per project. Replacement parts are quoted and shipped on request.

Questions before you order

Can you test my product?

Yes. Send us your product and we test it on the machine free of charge and send you the video; you pay the express cost of sending the sample.

How is installation supported?

Machines ship with an English manual and electrical drawings, and we guide installation, commissioning and operator training by video call. If you need an engineer on site, tell us early: the visit, travel and costs are agreed separately for each project.

What does the warranty cover?

Machines carry a 12 months warranty. The start date and the parts it does not cover, such as wear parts, are written into your quotation, so please check them there before you order.

How do I request spare parts?

Send the machine model and a photo or name of the part to our after-sales team by WhatsApp or email. We reply within 24 hours with the price and delivery. You can also order a set of wear parts together with the machine.

Can you adapt the voltage?

Tell us your voltage, phase and frequency when you ask for a quote. The electrical configuration for your supply is confirmed in the quotation.

How are custom configurations arranged?

For non-standard requirements we send a layout drawing in about 48 hours. Once you approve it, a custom machine takes about 20 days to build.
