Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers on ordering (MOQ one set, T/T, L/C, FOB, CIF), lead time (in about 10 days for standard machines), sample tests, warranty and how to choose between our machine families.

Ordering, machines and service

What is the minimum order quantity?

One set.

How long is the lead time?

Standard machines are built in about 10 days and in-stock models can ship in 7 days; custom machines take about 20 days and complete lines are confirmed in the quotation.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T, L/C. We do not offer credit or D/P terms.

Which shipping terms do you quote?

FOB, CIF, from Guangzhou port.

Can you test my product before I buy?

Yes, free of charge. Send a sample (you pay the express cost) and we send you a video of it running on the machine.

What is your production capacity?

About 100 machines a month; we regularly ship more than 50 machines a month.

Can you build to my voltage?

Yes — tell us voltage, phase and frequency.

Do you offer OEM or ODM?

Yes. We build to your specification and can apply your branding to the machine.

What warranty do you give?

12 months on the machine, excluding wear parts.

Do you have CE documentation?

CE documentation is available on request for the specific model you order.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, by appointment. We are in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong.

What is the difference between a VFFS machine and a premade pouch machine?

A VFFS machine forms bags from roll film, so packaging material costs less and speed is higher (up to 60 bags/min on our frames). A premade pouch machine fills bags that are already made, such as stand-up zipper pouches, which look more premium but cost more per bag. See our guide comparing the two.

Which film can a VFFS machine run?

Our VFFS frames run heat-sealable laminated film and PE film from 0.04 to 0.08 mm. Horizontal and vertical seal temperatures are controlled separately (±1 °C), so you can switch between laminate and PE without changing the jaws.

Can one VFFS machine pack both powder and granules?

The bag-making host is the same, but the dosing unit is different: an auger filler for powder, a multihead weigher or volumetric cups for granules. If you switch products often, tell us both materials and we will quote a host with interchangeable fillers.

How small can a sachet be?

On the 160 series the smallest bag is 30 mm long and 50 mm wide. For very narrow stick packs, send us the target size and we will confirm the former and cutter before quoting.

What speed should I expect for 5 g coffee sachets?

The 160F is rated 30–70 bags per minute. Real speed depends on how fast your powder flows and on the bag length; we run your sample on the machine and send the test video before you order.

Can the sachet machine print a date code?

Yes. A ribbon date coder is standard on the 160 series and prints the date or batch number on each sachet as it is sealed.

What pouch types can a doypack machine handle?

Stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, flat 3-side and 4-side seal bags, gusset bags, spout pouches and shaped pouches. Send us one empty pouch and we will check the gripper and opening method before quoting.

How fast is a rotary premade pouch machine?

Our 8-station hosts are rated 0–60 pouches per minute (0–40 on the large HY-X8320). In practice speed is limited by the filler: a multihead weigher on snacks runs faster than an auger on fine powder.

How long does a pouch size change take?

Pouch width is adjusted for all eight grippers from the touch screen with one button, so a size change is mostly the time to load new pouches and check the seal.

What is the difference between down-film and up-film flow wrap?

On an up-film machine the film runs above the product and the fin seal is underneath — the usual choice for firm, regular items like biscuits. On a down-film machine the film runs below, so soft, sticky or irregular products (bread, vegetables) sit on the film and are not pushed by a flight chain.

How is bag length set on a flow wrapper?

Our flow wrappers use three servo motors: you enter the bag length on the screen and the machine cuts at that length with no empty runs to adjust, which saves film at changeover.

Can a flow wrapper pack items of different sizes?

Yes, within the bag width and product height range of the model. Product height is up to 35/50 mm on the small models and up to 140 mm on the large ones.

How accurate is an auger filler?

On our semi-automatic fillers accuracy is ≤±0.5% for 1–1000 g. For 1–5 kg it is ±0.5–1% and for 5–20 kg ±1%. Accuracy depends on how consistent the bulk density of your powder is, so we test with your sample.

How do you stop powder dust during filling?

We fit a dust collector at the filling nozzle that captures airborne powder during each fill, plus a bag or jar holder so the nozzle sits inside the container. See our guide on dust control.

Do I need a check weigher after an auger filler?

For retail products sold by weight we recommend one. An auger doses by volume, so a check weigher (or the weight-feedback option on the 50 L filler) catches fills that drift when powder density changes.

Does a cobot palletizer need a safety fence?

Usually not. The cobot supports 10-level collision detection and 16 safety I/O channels, so it can work next to people. For high speeds or heavy loads we still recommend an optional light curtain or safety mat after a risk assessment.

How long does it take to set up a new pallet pattern?

A new product pattern takes about 5 minutes on the visual programming screen and switching between saved products takes about 1 minute. Operators learn the basics in about half an hour.

Can one cobot palletize two production lines?

Yes. With dual-point palletizing the robot can stack from two conveyors onto two pallets, as long as the combined case rate stays within its 8–10 cases per minute.

Can the sewing machine be added to my existing bag filling line?

Yes. Send us the bag size, bag material and line height, and we set the column height and conveyor to match.

Send us your product — we'll recommend the machine

Tell us the product, pack size and speed you need. We reply with a configuration, a layout and an itemised quotation, and can test your sample on video before you order.
