Milk Powder Packaging Machines
Milk powder is filled by auger. For cans and jars our automatic filling line doses ≤±0.5% on 1–1000 g with no-bottle-no-fill sensing; for 400 g–1 kg pillow bags use the HY-420F VFFS; for stand-up pouches the rotary powder line; for 25 g sachets the 160F; and for 10–25 kg bulk bags the bag filler with load-cell weighing.

Hygiene
All powder-contact parts on our fillers are 304 stainless steel and strip without tools for cleaning.
Fat content changes flow
Full-cream powder flows differently from skimmed. Send each powder you run so we test the auger on both.
Weight control
Add a check weigher or load-cell feedback for retail products sold by weight.
