HY-520A Granule Packing Machine with Multihead Weigher
The HY-520A is a complete weighing and bagging system: a 10-head or 14-head computer combination weigher on a platform above a 520 mm VFFS machine, fed by a Z-type bucket elevator. It packs 10–50 bags per minute in bags 100–250 mm wide and 80–350 mm long, for snacks, nuts, candy, sugar, frozen food and other free-flowing granules.

HY-520A Multihead VFFS — FAQ
Why use a multihead weigher instead of cups?
Cups measure volume, which works for uniform granules like rice. A multihead weigher measures weight, so it stays accurate on irregular, light or fragile products like chips and nuts.
How much floor space does the HY-520A line need?
The line is about 4 m long including the Z elevator, and the weigher sits on a platform above the bagger, so plan for ceiling height of roughly 4 m. We send a layout drawing with the quotation.
Can it pack frozen food?
Yes, with a weigher built for frozen product and a cold-resistant setup. Tell us the product temperature so we specify the right weigher hoppers.
