Sugar & Salt Packaging Machines
Sugar and salt flow freely and have stable density, so volumetric cups are the most economical choice: the 160A sachet machine for 5–10 g sticks and sachets, the HY-420B cup-filler VFFS for 250 g–1 kg bags at up to 70 bags per minute. For higher accuracy or stand-up pouches use a multihead weigher line.

What to watch out for
Abrasion
Salt and sugar crystals wear plastic parts; stainless steel cups and hoppers last longer.
Fine sugar
Icing sugar is a powder — use an auger, not cups.

Very close for granulated sugar because its density barely changes. Calibrate once per batch with a scale.
