Rice, Grain & Bean Packaging Machines
Rice, beans, lentils and seeds are uniform granules. For 500 g–1 kg bags the HY-420B cup-filler VFFS (150–1000 ml, up to 70 bags/min) is the low-cost option; for weight accuracy or 2–5 kg bags use the HY-520A with multihead weigher; for stand-up pouches the rotary multihead line.

What to watch out for
Broken grains
A Z-type bucket elevator lifts rice gently; screw conveyors break grains.
Bag strength
Heavier bags need thicker film (up to 0.08 mm) and wider seals; we set the jaws for your film.
