HY-420B Volumetric Cup Filler Packing Machine
The HY-420B pairs a 420 mm VFFS bagger with a volumetric cup filler, the simplest and lowest-cost way to pack free-flowing granules of uniform density such as rice, beans, seeds, sugar and salt. It doses 150–1000 ml into bags 80–200 mm wide and 80–300 mm long at up to 70 bags per minute.

How accurate is a cup filler?
A cup filler is as accurate as your product's density is consistent. For rice, sugar and salt it works well; for snacks or products whose density varies, choose a multihead weigher (HY-520A).
Can I change the weight per bag?
Yes. The cups are adjustable within a range, and for a very different weight we supply a second cup set.
