260R Rotary Doypack Machine with Liquid Pump
The HY-X8 is our 8-station rotary premade pouch packing machine, built in three sizes. It picks, prints, opens, fills, seals and discharges stand-up, zipper, flat and shaped pouches — 10–1000 g on the HY-X8210, 10–2000 g on the X8260 and 10–3000 g on the X8320 — at up to 60 pouches per minute (40 on the X8320).

Which HY-X8 size do I need?
Choose by pouch width: up to 210 mm the HY-X8210, up to 260 mm the X8260, up to 320 mm the X8320. If you run several pouch sizes, pick the model that covers the largest one.
Does the machine re-close zipper pouches?
With the optional zipper device the machine opens the zipper before filling; the heat seal is made above the zipper so the end customer can re-close it.
What compressed air do I need?
0.6 m³ per minute. The compressor is supplied by the user; we can quote one if needed.
