Sauce, Paste & Liquid Packaging Machines
Liquids and pastes are dosed by pump. Small sachets of ketchup, honey or shampoo run on the 160L (50–500 ml, 10–60/min); large pillow bags of water, oil or sauce on the HY-620L VFFS (up to 5000 ml, ±1%); stand-up pouches on the 8-station rotary pouch machine with a pump.

What to watch out for
Viscosity decides the pump
Piston pumps for thin to medium liquids, rotor pumps for thick pastes, heated hoppers for honey and sauces that thicken when cool.
Chunks
Sauces with pieces need larger valves and nozzles; tell us the largest particle size.
Clean seals
Anti-drip nozzles and filling below the seal line keep the seal area dry.

Can one machine fill both water-thin and thick products?
Yes with a pump change, but if you switch daily we recommend two dosing units on a quick-change mount.
