Ice Cube Packing Machine (VFFS Cup Filler)
Our ice cube packing machine is a 520 mm VFFS frame with a volumetric cup filler and a cold-resistant, anti-sticking feed, built for edible ice cubes, ice pellets and frozen granules. It makes bags 80–250 mm wide and 80–350 mm long, doses 150–1000 ml and packs 5–70 bags per minute (empty bag rating).

Does ice melt in the hopper?
The filler uses an insulated hopper and short dwell time; for long runs we recommend feeding directly from the ice maker by elevator so the hopper never holds a large stock.
