Detergent Powder Packaging Machines
Washing powder is packed on VFFS machines: small 30–100 g sachets on the 160F or 160A, 500 g–10 kg bags on our 420–1020 frames (up to 10,000 ml), stand-up pouches on the rotary powder line, and 25 kg sacks on the bag filler. Free-flowing spray-dried detergent can use volumetric cups; dense or compact powder needs an auger.

What to watch out for
Corrosion
Detergent attacks mild steel. Specify stainless contact parts and ask for protected bearings near the filler.
Big bags need big frames
A 5 kg bag needs a 720–1020 frame (bag length up to 800 mm, up to 10,000 ml).

Cups or auger for detergent?
Light, spray-dried washing powder flows well enough for cups; concentrated or compact powder is denser and more consistent with an auger.
