Bakery, Biscuit & Candy Flow Wrapping
Bakery and confectionery items are wrapped on horizontal flow wrap machines. Firm items such as biscuits, wafers, candy bars and egg rolls run on our up-film models (250B–600D) at up to 330 packs per minute; soft or irregular items such as bread, cake and mooncakes run on the down-film models (250X–1000X) at 20–230 packs per minute.

What to watch out for
Product height
Small models take products up to 35/50 mm high; large models up to 140 mm.
Film saving
Three-servo control cuts each pack at the set length without empty runs, which saves film during changeovers.
