Cobot Palletizer vs Traditional Robot Palletizer
Choose a cobot palletizer when your line runs up to about 8–10 cases per minute with cases or bags up to 30 kg and floor space is tight: it works next to people without a safety cage, runs on single-phase 220 V and can be moved between lines. Choose a traditional industrial robot palletizer for higher speeds or heavier loads, accepting a fenced cell and more floor space.

How fast is a cobot palletizer?
Our HY25KG and HY35KG are rated up to 8–10 cases per minute, and up to 12 for light cases on the HY35KG-1980B — roughly 480–720 cases per hour. That covers most single filling or packing lines in small and mid-size plants.
Does it really not need a fence?
In most layouts, yes. The cobot has 10-level collision detection and 16 safety I/O channels and stops on contact. A risk assessment still decides: for high speeds, heavy loads or areas with heavy foot traffic we fit a light curtain or safety mat.
How tall can it stack?
1.7–2.6 m depending on the lifting column, on pallets from 1000×800 to 1200×1200 mm. The workshop needs about 2.5 m plus the lifting height of the column.
How hard is it to program?
Operators learn the visual programming in about 30 minutes. A new pallet pattern takes about 5 minutes and switching between saved products about 1 minute; the HY35KG stores 500 recipes.
