Water Pouch & Liquid Sachet Packing Machines
Drinking water, juice and oil pouches are made on vertical liquid packing machines that form the pouch from film, fill it by pump and seal it in one cycle. Our 160L fills 50–500 ml pouches at 10–60 per minute with 3-side, 4-side or back seals; the HY-620L makes larger pillow bags up to 5,000 ml at ±1% accuracy.

What to watch out for
Film
Water pouches need a heat-sealable PE or laminated film between 0.04 and 0.08 mm; thicker film for larger bags. Send the film you plan to use so we set seal temperature and time.
Hygiene
All liquid-contact parts are 304 stainless steel. For drinking water, plan for filtration and UV treatment upstream of the packing machine; the machine packs, it does not treat water.
Leaks
Most leaking pouches come from liquid on the seal. Our pumps fill below the seal line with an anti-drip nozzle and the machine exhausts air before sealing.

How many water pouches per minute?
The 160L is rated 10–60 pouches per minute depending on volume; 500 ml pouches run at the lower end. For higher output, we quote two machines or a larger frame.
Can the same machine pack oil?
Yes. Oil uses the same pump-and-seal principle; tell us the viscosity and fill volume so we size the pump.
