620L liquid packing machine is a large-size vertical form fill seal VFFS packaging machine specially matched with servo piston liquid filling system, designed for large-volume liquid and paste pouch packagingZONESUN Te.... It automatically completes film unwinding, bag forming, anti-leakage liquid filling, air exhausting, heat sealing, date coding and finished bag cutting in one continuous automatic workflow.
This machine supports maximum 620mm wide roll film to produce large capacity bags, with bag width ranging from 150–300mm and bag length 100–450mm, max filling volume up to 5000ml, perfect for bulk liquid packaging. Equipped with precision servo piston metering pump, it ensures stable filling accuracy within ±1%, and the anti-drip filling nozzle effectively avoids liquid dripping and pollution during station switchingMakmar.
The whole machine adopts full servo film pulling and sealing driving structure, controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen. Operators can store multiple product formulas, quickly adjust bag length, filling volume and sealing temperature without complex mechanical replacement. All liquid contact parts are food-grade 304 stainless steel and food silicone, corrosion-resistant, easy to disassemble, clean and sanitize, complying with food and GMP production standards.
It is compatible with various composite roll films including PET/PE, aluminum foil film, OPP/CPP, nylon PE film, supporting pillow bags, gusset bags, 3-side seal and 4-side seal bags. Widely applied for pure water, fruit juice, sauce, honey, edible oil, milk, detergent, chemical liquid and other low/medium viscosity liquid & paste products.
Optional accessories include nitrogen flushing device, automatic feeding tank, dust cover, date printer and finished product conveyor.
