420B cup metering packing system is a vertical VFFS automatic packaging machine equipped with volumetric cup filler, designed for fast quantitative packaging of free-flow granular materials. It integrates film unwinding, bag forming, cup measuring filling, heat sealing, date coding and finished bag cutting in one automatic workflow.
The volumetric cup group can quickly adjust filling volume by replacing different cups, no complex weighing calibration required, featuring simple operation and high packaging speed. Controlled by PLC and touch screen, bag length, sealing temperature and operation speed can be set conveniently. All material contact parts are 304 food-grade stainless steel, easy to disassemble, wash and maintain.
It works with roll packaging film to automatically produce pillow bags, gusset bags and small stand-up bags. Perfect for granular products such as rice, beans, nuts, candy, seeds, puffed snacks, grains and small hardware particles. Compact body occupies small workshop space, stable running with low failure rate, ideal for small and medium food factories for high-speed low-cost packaging.
Multiple optional configurations are available, including nitrogen filling device, date printer, dust removal mechanism and finished product conveyor. It greatly reduces manual operation and improves overall packaging efficiency.
