420F powder filling packing machine is a vertical form fill seal (VFFS) automatic packaging machine specially matched with servo auger dosing system for fine powder materialsKeypack In.... It automatically finishes film unwinding, bag forming, anti-dust screw filling, heat sealing, date printing and finished bag cutting in one continuous workflow.
Equipped with precision servo auger metering structure, it delivers stable filling accuracy within ±1% and effectively avoids powder flying during feeding. The machine adopts full servo driving for film pulling, sealing and cutting, supporting quick parameter adjustment of bag length, filling weight and sealing temperature via PLC & touch screen. Multiple product formulas can be stored for fast switching between different powder specifications.
All parts contacting powder are food-grade 304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble, clean and sanitize, complying with food and GMP hygiene standards. The enclosed filling channel reduces dust overflow to keep workshop tidy and cut material waste. It supports various laminated roll films such as PET/PE, OPP/CPP, aluminum foil composite film.
This machine can produce pillow bags, 3-side seal bags and gusset bags. It is widely applied for milk powder, flour, spice powder, cocoa powder, protein powder, chemical fine powder and other free-flowing powder products. Optional accessories include nitrogen flushing device, hole puncher, dust collector and finished product conveyor.
