This 2‑weigher automatic vertical packaging system integrates double weighing units with VFFS bag‑making host. It realizes automatic feeding, high‑precision weighing, film bag forming, sealing and finished bag output for granular materials.
Equipped with two independent weighing heads, the machine improves weighing efficiency and stability. Controlled by mature PLC and touch screen, parameters such as weight, bag length and sealing temperature can be adjusted conveniently. It adopts food‑grade 304 stainless steel for material‑contact parts, easy to disassemble and clean.
Working with roll film, it makes bags on‑site instead of pre‑made pouches. Suitable for nuts, grains, snacks, candies and other granular products. Multiple bag styles are available: pillow bag, gusset bag, stand‑up bag.
