Rotary doypack machine is automatic rotary pre‑made pouch packaging equipment. It completes pouch feeding, opening, filling, sealing and finished‑pouch discharging in full‑automatic rotary stations. Compatible with stand‑up pouches, zipper bags, flat bags and other pre‑made doypacks.
Multi‑station rotary indexing design ensures stable continuous production. It can match multiple filling devices: multi‑head weigher for granules, auger filler for powder, piston pump for liquid and paste. Controlled by PLC and touch screen, operators can adjust bag size, filling weight and production parameters conveniently.
All material‑contact parts adopt food‑grade 304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble and clean, conforming to food hygiene standards. It supports automatic zipper opening, date printing, nitrogen flushing and waste removing functions as options.
