This 8‑station rotary pre‑made pouch packing machine is equipped with screw auger filler, specially developed for powder materials.
It adopts single‑shaft cam mechanical transmission, driven by stable cam rotary structure, avoiding unstable performance of traditional pneumatic design. Equipped with Siemens PLC and Weinview touch screen, it realizes full‑automatic workflow: bag picking, date coding, bag opening, auger powder filling, dust removal, exhausting, heat sealing and finished bag output.
All material‑contact components are 304 stainless steel, meeting food‑grade hygiene requirements, suitable for flour, milk powder, spice powder, chemical powder and other fine powder products. Multiple filling ranges are optional from 1000g‑5000g, packing speed 10‑60 pouches per minute.
Supports stand‑up pouch, zipper bag, spout bag, 3‑side and 4‑side seal pre‑made bags. Optional peripheral devices can build complete automatic packaging line, greatly saving labor cost and improving production efficiency for powder processing factories.
