Bottom‑filling screw powder weighing packaging machine is a VFFS vertical form‑fill‑seal machine for fine powder materials. It adopts bottom‑filling screw feeding structure, effectively avoids powder flying and dust overflow during filling process.
The whole workflow includes roll film unwinding, bag forming, bottom‑type screw filling, heat sealing, date coding and finished bag cutting. Servo‑driven auger ensures stable and accurate powder metering. PLC and touch screen realize easy parameter setting for bag size and filling weight.
All material‑contact components are 304 stainless steel, easy to take apart and clean. It is well‑suited for milk powder, flour, spice powder, cocoa powder, chemical fine powder and other powdery products. Pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced automatically. Compact structure saves workshop space, stable running reduces material waste, ideal for powder food processing factories.
