Adopts dual-speed screw metering structure: thick screw for fast feeding, fine screw for precise trimming, matched with high-precision load cell weighing feedback system. The filling accuracy can reach ±0.1%~±0.2%, effectively avoiding weight deviation caused by powder density fluctuation. Equipped with closed dust-proof filling spout to prevent powder flying, keep workshop clean and reduce material waste.
All parts contacting powder are food-grade 304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to disassemble & clean, meeting food, chemical and feed production hygiene standards. The whole machine is controlled by PLC + touch screen, operators can set target weight, feeding speed and sealing parameters directly on the screen, simple operation and low learning cost.
Pneumatic bag clamping device firmly fixes various bags during filling without leakage. After filling, the machine automatically conveys bags to sewing station for sealing. It supports woven bag sewing, plastic bag heat sealing two sealing forms for optional. The machine runs stably with low noise and low failure rate, greatly cutting labor cost for large-batch powder production.
Suitable for flour, starch, milk powder, feed powder, fertilizer powder, chemical raw material powder, mineral powder and other free-flowing powder materials.
