1. Gentle pumping system：

Servo-driven gear or peristaltic pump replaces traditional piston pumps, cutting bubble generation by over 50% through low-shear liquid transfer.

2. Anti-foam filling nozzle：

Side-flow / umbrella-shaped distribution lets liquid run slowly along the bag wall, while a built-in micro-bubble breaker collapses foam instantly – keeping the bag mouth clean and dry.

3. Optional foam detection sensor：

Automatically slows or pauses filling when excessive foam is detected, letting bubbles dissipate before continuing – no manual adjustment needed.

4. Anti-drip back suction + stepped sealing pressure：

After each fill, back suction pulls residual foam back into the line. Then stepped sealing pressure pre-heats and evaporates any remaining micro-foam, producing a pinhole-free, leak-proof seal.

5. Full stainless steel + CIP quick cleaning：

IP65-rated 304/316L stainless steel body with no dead corners. CIP ports allow the entire filling system to be rinsed in under 15 minutes – ideal for frequent recipe changes.
