工位 1：袋装进料
将多个袋装或袋子送入袋装料盒。我们的主袋装料盒可根据袋子尺寸进行调整，进料时您可以轻松进料。带伺服电机的机械臂将袋子拾起，然后将其传送到夹持转盘上的机械手。
工位 2：日期打印或预留
根据客户的实际生产需求，此工位可配备喷码机，用于打印包装日期和批号。
工位 3：开袋、拉链开启装置
在开口吸盘吸开袋口的同时，上方喷管向包装袋内喷入空气。然后，袋子被打开，并由铺袋板输送至下一个工位，完成包装袋的存在或袋口是否打开的检测；如果没有包装袋或袋口未打开，则灌装工位不会灌装物料，也不会进入真空室。
工位四：充填料站（充填）
将充填料斗插入包装袋，铺袋片完成并返回原工位；将物料充填入包装袋。（根据物料不同，此工位的充填系统配置可能有所不同）完成物料的全自动或半自动摆放和充填。
工位五：装料或灌液工位（充填）
根据物料的不同情况，此工位可选配不同的设备，对包装袋内的物料进行二次处理。
工位六：袋形矫直、袋形压平
包装袋清洗后，进行第一次矫直，避免袋口起皱，确保包装袋封口平整美观。
工位七：预热封口工位（加热）
装满物料的包装袋进入此工位
