Application：
This rotary pre-made pouch liquid packing machine is specially designed for low to high viscosity liquids in pre-made pouches. Unlike VFFS liquid machines and piston bottle fillers, it uses finished stand-up pouches, spout bags and zipper bags directly, skipping the film forming process. It features a slow-filling, anti-foaming structure optimized for syrupy, oily and pulpy liquids, delivering stable and clean packaging in food, beverage, condiment and daily chemical industries.

Built-in suction-back function at the nozzle instantly pulls back residual liquid after filling, completely eliminating tailing, dripping and sticky thread, keeping pouch mouths clean.

The nozzle descends into the pouch for low-position filling, avoiding splashing and foaming. Effectively prevents air entrapment and pouch bulging, ensuring flat and neat finished pouches.
